Crawfish Junction Menu Redesign 2.0

The second redesign of Crawfish Junction's menu, after a change in ownership. The new owners really wanted to lean into the cajun and creole tastes.

The end product is clean, easy to reprint and swap new items in and out. Just like previous owners, the kitchen has a wide variety of skills, so paring down items was a process of revise and revise again.
